t3editor not visible with TYPO3 on Windows

Description

If TYPO3 runs on Windows the t3editor is not visible at all. It produces a JS error about an unterminated string.
The cause is that the template file contains CRLF line endings on Windows instead of LF. The code replaces the LF line endings and leaves the CR part behind.
