Description

I get this error with the linkvalidator:
http://forge.typo3.org/issues/30218
but the root cause seems to be within the typo3 core function getUrl() noch handling IDN umlaut domains properly.
As it seems to be resolved in the 4.6 version I would like to see a backport to the LTS version 4.5 we currently use.
