add t3editor to "whole temlate record"-view

Description
When i use the 'template' module and click on 'Click here to edit whole template record' the 'Constants' area and the 'Setup' area are not with code highlighting and without code completion. Please add the t3editor to this areas.

we will integrate the t3editor in TCEMain like e.g. the RTE does.
For this we need to check if we can start > 1 t3editor instance on one page. Should work, but never tried.
Any movement on this issue?

i did push a change, which enables to use the t3editor as a "wizard" for each TCE-Form-Textarea.
There are still some issues to tackle, but we are on a good way..
please close this bug. Review was done, patch merged. Unfortunately the Resolves-line didn't reflect the bug-ID properly (still referenced old bugtracker) sigh
