In the splitted workspace preview (vertical/horizontal) you cannot see, which side corresponds to which source. In the previous preview a red and green bar indicates the two sources.
Some indication would be useful even for advanced users.

Needs some more thoughts in terms of visualizing changes in the frontend - the split-view is/was IMO not an appropriate solution...
