Description
TYPO3 should have the possibility to create a xml based sitemap without using an extenion. This feature is essetial for SEO and part of the most projects I know of. So this is something not to left to various extensions, but provided by the core.

it is very easy to create a sitemap for the core without any extension. just use an xml conform header and use content element sitemap. sorry but having a sitemap which serves any records of extensions is unduable within the core as extensions can use just to many options. record based, plugin pased, plain ts, whatever ...
only changes: provide an api which can be hooked into. I say yes to that but we really need a well thought concept for that.
