Probably this happens when calling the CLI dispatcher on the command line executing an extbase command controller. Not sure.

Code on line 31 should be changed from

        if($that->session_table == 'be_sessions' && $that->user['uid'] && $that->user['ses_backuserid']) {

to

        if($that->session_table == 'be_sessions' && isset($that->user['uid']) && isset($that->user['ses_backuserid'])) {
