Update graphics in install tool to match recent guidelines

Description
The install tool graphics / ai / pdf files show an old TYPO3 logo and also the graphics seem to be quite outdated.
The graphics should be updated to match the recent TYPO3 styleguides.

Updating the logo is fine, the rest of the images should stay. It has been discussed in the past and Kasper kindly requested that the images would be kept and the core team decided to follow this request.
Can you take care of files with the current logo?

I would love to do this - but my design skills are very limited. So I will try to do some graphics and put them into gerrit
