Treelist cache is not cleared after publishing

Description
When publishing a page, the cache_treelist should be cleared.
Scenario:
Add a new page in a draft workspace, enable it and then publish it.
Now try to search for it with the 'regular' frontend search. You won't find it.
Same goes for any updates to the frontend usergroups of existing pages, etc.
