The code segment at the end of file typo3/backend.php should be moved to the class and the extJs related code (js and css file handling) should be unit tested.

Side note: why the hell is the api in backend.php for addCssFile and addJsFile different? They take different options ...

Backend.php does not contain classes anymore, all code was moved into Bootstrap (see inti.php)
