Description
Before the namespace migration compat layer is removed (6.2 or something), an upgrade wizard in the install tool should be placed, that updates the class name in all serialized tasks to the namespaced class scheme.

this is not as critical as it sounds, the compat layer for existing layer works so far, and the class name is already updated after first run of the task. this might only be an issue if you update straight from 4.5 to 6.2 and the compat layer is removed in 6.2 already.
no action needs to be taken before 6.2.
