Spinner-icon cut off at bottom during update from repo

Description
Update translations from the repo. The spinner-icon next to "Checking" for each module is cut off at the bottom. It seems the spinner is too large for the chosen row-height.

In which browser does this happen. I tested in Firefox but there it is OK for me.

Happened with Firefox 22 on Linux, still reproducible on current master.
Depending on the exact rendering of your fonts you might not see a problem. For me the icons rendered with 12px height, while they were specified as 16x16px. Problem was the span only had display:inline (default) and not display:inline-block (as with span.t3-icon in other places).
