Description

It is possible to paste content-elements from the clipboard
after still existing elements in a pages column.

But until now it is impossible to paste directly into an empty column.
Users have to insert an empty element before they can paste.
Or they have to change to web/list mode first.
But web/list mode is often not available for non-admins
in the backend.
