update from TER don't work with IE 9

Description

If I use the MS IE 9 and I select the Tab "add Extension" it shows me the text
Retrieving Extension-List from TYPO3 Extension Repository (TER).
By clicking the text I got the Message: {"updated":false,"message":"last update: 2013-01-15 (5728 extensions)","errorMessage":""}
and that's all. No update at all.

If I use Firefox I see the text:
Last update: 2013-01-15 (5728 extensions)
If I click this message a update will happen.

I am using 2008R2 SP1 with IIS 7.5.7600 and PHP 5.4.10 with fastCGI
