Wrong result on unequal globalVar conditions

Description
Test with
[globalVar = LIT:10 != 10]
page.5 = COA_INT
page.5.10 = TEXT
page.5.10.value = test
[global]
or see attached unit test, which fails.
Was introduced with #39700 and a type save check in != comparison.
