Install Tool no longer shows fields that will be updated

Description
In TYPO3 v6.* when you press the "*Write configuration*" button in the install tool, it no longer shows the values that will be updated in LocalConfiguration.php.
In 4.* it used to show the value that will be written to localConf.php. Now this is gone.
This should be fixed prompt.

This is still not fixed in 6.1 beta. :(
It used to show the values that were written and not which ones will be updated. This is not a "confirmation" screen. But nevertheless this was an useful information.
This feature was not re-implemented when the whole localconfig handling was refactored for 6.0, but I also think it would be a good thing to have it back.
Could be considered a backwards compatibility usability regression, maybe Helmut agrees to have a potential fix also backported to 6.0 (and 6.1).

This is reintroduced in 6.2. IMO it does not make sense to backport (also not possible) to 6.1 and 6.0

This is a bug since 6.0. It may be solvable in old install tool for 6.1 and 6.0, but it will be no fun.
In 6.2 this is solved. I'll set the issue to resolved in 6.2 now. If someone really wants a fix for 6.1 / 6.0, please re-open and push an according fix to gerrit.
