I don't know why but this error appears in the backend in lots of modules like web->pages, ext manager

I tried to delete cache, but don't work.

I also have the error on a oracle 6 linux machine. I will try to find out what happens in detail.

Ok after i had disable apc_opcache everything works. I hope that i find more time to have a look whats going on.

It seems that it is a problem with in instability of the APC and PHP version 5.4.14.
