Extension manager - No module "" could be found

Description
Each time i update my extension list through Extension Manager it ends up with this error messages:
Update extension list
error(Internal server error)
No module "" could be found
UnexpectedValueException thrown in file
/TYPO3.CMS/typo3/mod.php in line 55
You can see both on attatched file.
If Extension Manager is reloaded all works fine.

Please check the error log of your server as well.
- Status changed from New to Accepted
- Target version changed from 6.2.0 to next-patchlevel
Could just reproduce this.

- Is Regression changed from No to Yes
Had that as well in the past but worked for me after fully clearing the caches. Hmm ...
With latest updates the problem is gone for me.
