Batch generation of workspace preview links

Description
For certain use cases, eg. user acceptance tests, it would be ueseful to generate a batch of preview links and be able to download these as a CSV file.
The patch adds an icon to the toolbar which lets a user generate and download the CSV file. This is not perfect from a usability point of view, but having a second link beside "Generate preview link" doesn't look pretty either... maybe you have a better suggestion?

The question during the review was, whether adding a hook at these places is enough since it seems to be a very custom demand.

That's more a custom use-case, right?
What about adding a hook instead?
The related review has been closed in between since it's out of scope for the main API - a hook would be fine however.
