Description

As an integrator
I want to download the introduction distribution

Option # 1
- Put everything on git.typo3.org
- Include it in the build process

after talking to Ernesto - Option #2:

- Put EXT:introduction on TER
- Allow Install Tool to download EXT:introduction

As an integrator
I want to set a password for all users at installation time
- Find a way to update FE user / BE user / Install Tool password during installation. Must be after the import of the t3d. Make sure the functionality can only be called once during installation time.
