Add back button from info page to element browser wizard

Description
If we have images enabled in RTE we can insert pictures into content. The Image Wizard makes it easy to select images in a various way. When viewing images we can click on info icon that will show details related to selected image but there is not easy way to go back from info page to wizard again. We have to close the popup window and run wizard again.
There should be some Back button on the Info page that will move us back to wizard forms.

This is a problem with the element browser in general. For example, when inserting an image on a content element.
The item info should open in a new window.
