impexp loses pages_language_overlay for page / wrong export order

Description

When exporting page structure with translations, sysext "impexp" creates a wrong order of the exported data.
  1. page (default language)
  2. tt_content (default language)
  3. tt_content (translation)
  4. page (translation)

When importing, it creates the translated content but has not yet created the translated page, which results in creating the translated content in the default language, below the default language content.

tested in TYPO3 CMS 4.7.17

Fixed in TYPO3 CMS 6.2.b5 (there it first creates all the page translations before creating the content)

Would be nice if it was fixed in the next 4.x releases.
Regarding the coming up update sessions when 6.2 LTS stable is released.
