Constant editor doesn't recognize external typoscript files

Description

If you outsource your typoscript constants to an external file via

<INCLUDE_TYPOSCRIPT: source="FILE:fileadmin/templates/typoscript/constants.ts">

the website works as expected, but the constant manager will still show the default values and not the values from the file.

So you either have to constantly (no pun intended :-) ) check both the file and the field, or uninstall the constant editor and lose its functionality.
