Description
I just upgraded from TYPO3 6.1 to 6.2. In RTE I am using the "Insert custom element" feature. If I am clicking on the header of the custom element the exception
#1392409507: Invalid form/module token detected. Access Denied!
was thrown.
I am using TYPO3 6.2.1.

I have to confirm this bug, We use the feature of inserting custom elements in RTE HTMLArea, but after upgrade from 6.1.6 to 6.2.0, when I was trying to insert custom elemnts, it throws "Uncaught TYPO3 Exception ".

And Flash message: Validating the security token of this form has failed. Please reload the form and submit it again.
