Select All/None Checkbox for email notifications in workspace stage change window

Description

When publishing a record the user has the option to send an email notification to all owners of that workspace.
All owners are by default selected (via checkbox). If the user doesn't want to send any notifications he needs to unselect every single checkbox. Annoying!
Can we please have a master select to check / uncheck all users in the list?
