There is no possibility to configure buttons link for specific type,
thanks to this option, it would be possible to set the default target for all file links,
it should not be difficult to implement.
this works as expected
RTE.default.buttons.link.properties.target.default = _blank
inoperative desirable option
RTE.default.buttons.link.file.properties.target.default = _blank
