Element Wizard doesn't switch to available tabs and stys at a hidden tab

Description

If I add a new content element using the element wizard and switch to p.e. the last tab to add a gridlement, it internally stores the last tab shown. In the next step I add a new content element within p.e. a gridelement with restriction to allow only certain types, so the last tab is not available. The editor is displayed a blank grey page. In this case TYPO3 should switch to the first available tab. When I click on the only available tab, the usable content elements are shown again.
