still present in 6.2.9 and 7.0.2

creating the folder /SOMEPATH/html/typo3/uploads/tx_felogin manually and setting owner and rights does help out.

I'm testing TYPO3 CMS 7.0.2 on a WAMP (Windows) enviroment, PHP 5.5.12:

1) I copied the template file in the felogin sysext folder into a subdirectory of typo3admin (please note that I uploaded it using the module filelist inside TYPO3)
2) I created the folder C:/wamp/www/typo370.test.it/uploads/tx_felogin

3) The resulting error is still:

1: The destination (C:/wamp/www/typo370.test.it/uploads/tx_felogin) or the source file (C:/wamp/www/typo370.test.it/fileadmin/Documents/template.html) does not exist. (tt_content:2:pi_flexform)

As it is a development local enviroment, I don't have permission issues :S

This is still a problem in TYPO3 6.2.13, but not in 7 (current master)

Please note that the template.html file was located at /fileadmin/Documents/template.html, while the error message says:

1: The destination (/Users/riccardo/Sites/typo3.62.basic.it/uploads/tx_felogin) or the source file (/Users/riccardo/Sites/typo3.62.basic.it/fileadmin/user_upload/index.html) does not exist. (tt_content:NEW5590182416cbd9.94999467:pi_flexform)
