Display Web Notifications if session is about to exceed

Description
Currently, the backend displays a popover when the session is about to die. If the user is surfing on a website in another tab, he obviously can't notice this.
Implement Web Notifications1 that allows notifying the user if he is not in the backend context.
Test this by setting this in the install tool:
[BE][debug] = 0
[BE][sessionTimeout] = 180
System extension openid must not be installed.

Please deprecate the ExtDirect stuff for that, and remove the old ExtJS popup for that in the same patch. Would be great.
