Description
The deprecation.log can grow very fast till you are out of space, but it isn't possible to clear it with the install tool.
In #23387 a possibility to clear was added in the report module.
In #23489 it was rejected to check for duplicated entries to let deprecation.log grow not so fast.
The Install Tool should be the main point to get your system clean and running, but it isn't possible to use Install Tool if you are out of disk space as the temporary session file couldn't be written.
