Description

It would be very usefull if the form objects TEXTLINE and TEXTAREA would accept (and render) the placeholder attribute which was introduced in HTML5:
http://www.w3.org/TR/html5/forms.html#the-placeholder-attribute

Configuration via the wizzard would be a "nice to have", but is not necessary. I think most people that would use the placeholder attribute would know how to add it via typoscript.

Putting this "On Hold" since we're heavily working on a new rendering solution using fluid.
