FAL recursive delete of Folder fails

Description
If I try to delete a folder in the filemount which contains files, I get the error:
"The folder cannot be deleted since it still contains files"
I have set the permissions for the group to allow so, but even as an admin which created the files I can't delete.
This is what I use in the Install Tool to set the permissions:
BE][fileCreateMask] = 0665
[BE][folderCreateMask] = 2770
And in the usergroup everthing from the Fileoperation permissions is allowed.

Can confirm that also for master!
The permission option "recursivedeleteFolder" for users is never evaluated. But it always checks if files are present.
