When work started on version 7.1, old items in the "Documentation/Changelog/master" folder were moved to "Documentation/Changelog/7.0". However this subfolder is not included in the main table of contents, making it impossible to reach all those items when looking at the rendering on http://docs.typo3.org/typo3cms/extensions/core/latest/

I suggest to simply add a link to the "7.0" folder and place there a table of contents for the 7.0-related changes, just like there is for master in the main TOC.
