Description
The method GeneralUtility::fixPermissions use for path validation the GeneralUtility::isAllowedAbsPath method. In case of passing a valid path like /var/www/typo3/fileadmin//_processed_/ the GeneralUtility::isAllowedAbsPath inside failes, what results that fixPermissions can't set the required permission.
This issue was found on tackling with #63920
