Drag & Drop Fileupload, do not ask to overwrite existing files if there is no identically file

Description

Hi!

Everytime you upload a file via DnD a confirm dialog appears with a message: "Shall existing files be overwritten?".

This is really confusing for editors if no identically file exists.
