Changes in the constants editor effective after two-time save (7.2.0-dev)

Description
If changes in the constants editor are made, they will be effective after two-time save?!
I refer to the TYPO3 7.2.0-dev
I am using the latest Chrome as a browser

Confirmed. Actually the correct value is stored on the first save already, but when the form is reloaded it seems the values are read from the db before processing the updated values.

Seems like the bug was introduced with this commit: https://github.com/TYPO3/TYPO3.CMS/commit/94843c0d754e239b8f40b91d328ba30f769cb689#diff-c8fe1a2cbb0697db44406f6dad11cfc7
The change removed the global declaration for $theConstants and that's why the changes are not reflected in the form values.
