The pagetree uses an extDirect endpoint with a permission level check on "web" module.

Since we removed the possibility to select the main module in backend user group records (access list),
the page tree is not accessible any more for editors once an existing user group is saved or an new one is created for users.

To reproduce:

• create user group and select web_page as allowed module in access list
• create user and assign it this group
• log in as this user and go to the page module

Expected behavior: pagetree is shown

Actual behavior: Error message "Don't have access to this module"
