Category BE user rights are handled as mount points in the tree rendering.
Using categories for more than one field in different record types you would use
nested category rights very fast.
The tree rendering does not support mount points being subtrees of another mount point, which result visibility and usability issues.
Details to reproduce and patch will follow.

Can you provide some steps to reproduce this issue? Does it still exist in v7 or v8?
