Description

After setting the directory up for first installation, the redirect to the Step Installer fails.

http://server/testinst
should redirect to
http://kleindev/testinst/typo3/sysext/install/Start/Install.php
but does
http://kleindev/typo3/sysext/install/Start/Install.php
