Drop field length from uid_foreign_tablefield index of sys_category_record_mm

Description
The index uid_foreign_tablefield uses this four fields: uid_foreign,tablenames(255),fieldname(255),sorting_foreign.
This does not make much sense here, as the fields already are limited to 255 chars. When the index length equals the field length (255 in this case), the Sub_part of the index remains NULL.
