Description
I assume, this is a typo3.org infrastructure problem, not a code issue nor a bug :-)
In a fresh TYPO3 CMS version 7.3.0 installation, system extension EXT:reports claims, TYPO3 CMS 7.3.0 has never been released and that the "update" is incomplete, see attached screenshot0001.png. However, this is a fresh, totally new installation from scratch - not an update.
I assume TYPO3 CMS fetches the "available" (official) TYPO3 versions from typo3.org or get.typo3.org or something like that and this source has not been updated yet. Unfortunately, I don't know who could take care of that, so I report this issue here :-)
