Description

Add true boolean support In install tool "all configuration" and maybe a silent upgrade wizard to change existing boolean values that are currently handled as string.

Scenario:
If a field is marken as // boolean: ..., the parser should take care TRUE or FALSE is written to LocalConfiguration, especially in "all configuration".

Additionally, the "all configuration" does not understand arrays at all ... this could be thought of in a further issue.
