Firefox does not correctly initialize fields in inline expand

Description
Firefox fails to initialize elements some correctly in inline records that are expanded.
An example can be seen with ext:styleguide inlineexpand record: if opening a closed inline child, rte and tree and fal are not initialized and firefox spits some funny error messages to console.

SelectTreeElement must not load ExtJS again, as this kills RTE, which then kills the Tree rendering.
Solution that worked for FF is to simply load the Tree init code as inline code, as ExtJs is there already anyway.
