Description
Steps to reproduce (TYPO3 7.4-dev, latest master)
1. in TS template, include: css_styled_content
2. disable the extension "compatibility6"
3. create a new content element, type:table
Results:
"table" tab > there are the fields "Backgr. Color", "border", "cellspacing", "cellpadding"
"appereance" tab > there are the fields. "background color", "Border Size (px)", "cellspacing (px)", "cellpadding (px)"

As Markus pointed out, this is a css_styled_content issue; my additional question (maybe silly): I see that the labels are different: "Backgr. Color" vs. "Background color", etc....
there might be also an issue about "redundant" labels?
