file-list: Clickmenu not initialized after upload

Description
After file upload by drag+drop or upload the file is displayed as row.
Within row the click menu is not initialized on the file icon.
Files
There is much more information missing to display a "real row". This is just an indication that the file is now there, you still need to reload the frame.
Everything there with size and type and everything.
But Clickmenu is missing :)
By far not everything! see screenshot.
This is not about Stabilization IMHO.
- Target version changed from 7.4 (Backend) to 7.5
- Sprint Focus deleted (
Stabilization Sprint)
Should we maybe simply consider to reload the current page after all files were uploaded?
Another (maybe related) flaw:
Upon overwriting a file the top row 1 (from the freshly uploaded file) remains in place while the original row 2 is still there.
I added a screen to illustrate.
