Description
This is the same as #68854, but for 6.2:
This has also to be refactured into 6.2. There it is not possible to download documentation any more due to this change.
Download request is build to use HTTP, result is only valid if status code is 200. But as there is the 301 redirect to HTTPS returned, every download attempt within documentation module fails.

Would be cool if we could handle the redirect as well, since I can easily imagine a better layout on docs.typo3.org resulting in links being rewritten and 301 being sent.
