Description
Some of the deprecation messages are not meaningful enough. We have to correct this. Furthermore using the IMAGEBUTTON has to log a deprecation again, see #69371.

Affected Parts:
- form/Classes/Domain/Builder/FormBuilder.php
- TYPO3\CMS\Form\Utility\CompatibilityLayerUtility
Test:
If a layout is defined, a deprecation log entry must be written.
If a IMAGEBUTTON is defined, a deprecation log entry must be written.
