Description

The EmailViewHelper supports now only the 'name', 'rel', 'rev' and 'target' parameter but we're missing the 'subject', 'body', 'cc' and 'bcc' parameters. Since it is also possible to add multiple receivers I like a full integration of the 'mailto' protocol here.
