TCA: Show proper error message if validation is failing

Description
in TCA you can define validation rules for example the range. More here:

In case of an error, don't just frame the field with a red border but also say, what is the error.

We have the information icon in the upper right corner, which show more information about the validation results.
I think this is enough and this issue could be closed, do you agree?

The thing is, you know that something is wrong but you don't know what exactly. It the same like an error message: "An error has occurred" which is not helpful at all...
