Use IconFactory for file-icons in the frontend

Description
Currently we use "old-style" icons in the frontend, which look old and only don't cover quite a lot of commonly used extensions (docx). Replace that by using IconFactory like we already do in the backend.

The icons are still there in EXT:fluid_styled_content (see Uploads.html) - However I don't know a good solution to replace it - but the old style gif really stink.
