Problem/Description

These problematic is not only within the template module.

Possible solution

  1. Catch urlHash
  2. prevent browsers default
  3. scroll to desired id + .module-docheader + X px (If the module-docheader isn't rendered, something like "https://github.com/dreamerslab/jquery.actual")

Acceptance Criteria

  • The clicked element must be visible.
